MACERATA, OCTOBER 24<\/strong> &#8211; &#8220;Next year, the projects of the <strong><em>Italian Cultural Institute in New York<\/em><\/strong> will truly showcase the best of our culture in a very special year, considering that in 2026 the United States turns 250. We want to bring <strong>Palladio<\/strong>&#8216;s architecture, which is housed in the <em>Vicenza Museum<\/em>, to New York, because Palladio is the architect who most influenced American architecture. Suffice it to say that the temple of democracy, <em>Capitol Hill<\/em>, is clearly inspired by Palladio.&#8221; Claudio Pagliara, director of the Italian Cultural Institute in New York, told ANSA on the sidelines of the second day of the <em>Stati Generali<\/em> of Cultural Diplomacy in Macerata. &#8220;Furthermore, we will develop high-level cultural cooperation projects with leading New York institutions. The first initiative has already begun: next year, <em><strong>Carnegie Hall<\/strong><\/em> will be hosting a major festival to celebrate the 250th anniversary and asked the <em>Italian Cultural Institute <\/em>to collaborate.
