A conversation with Marco Bertozzi (University IUAV of Venice), Andrea Minuz (University of Rome "La Sapienza"), and Laura Nuti (journalist and scholar). In Italian. On the occasion of the celebrations of Fellini, 100 years since the birth of the great filmmaker Federico Fellini.

Marco Bertozzi
A student of Ermanno Olmi and Mario Brenta at Ipotesi Cinema, he teaches at the IUAV University of of Venice. He is the author of many essays on cinema, among which, most recently: Recycled Cinema. Immagini perdute, visioni ritrovate (2012) and Documentario come arte. Riuso, performance, autobiografia nell’esperienza del cinema contemporaneo (2018). He is also the author of several documentaries on urban imaginery and cultural identities, such as “Profughi a Cinecittà” (2012) and the award winning “Cinema grattacielo” (2017). Bertozzi has written several essays on Fellini, curated Bibliofellini (a 3 volume international bibliography on the filmmaker) and co-curated the traveling exhibition Fellini100. He sat on the Board of Directors of the Fondazione Federico Fellini and is currently a member of the group appointed to create the Fellini Iternational Museum in Rimini.

Andrea Minuz
A professor of Cinema at La Sapienza University of Rome, his current research interests and areas of specialization is: Italian cinema with particular reference to film industry, audience and perception studies. Among his most recent publications: Dell’incantamento. Hitchcock, Bergman, Fellini e il «motivo dello sguardo» (2009); La Shoah e la cultura visuale. Cinema, memoria, spazio pubblico (2010); F.W. Murnau. L’arte di evocare fantasmi (2010); Viaggio al termine dell’Italia. Fellini politico (English version 2018). His latest work is Quando c’eravamo noi. Nostalgia e crisi della sinistra da Berlinguer a Checco Zalone. He collaborates with magazines and newspapers (Il Foglio; Il Sole24ore; Rivista Studio).

Laura Nuti
After studying at the Accademia Nazionale d’Arte Drammatica “Silvio d’Amico” in Rome, she earned doctorates from the Università per Stranieri of Perugia and from Université Toulouse Jean Jaurès with a dissertation on Fellini's perception in France. She is the author of essays on the influence of graphic design on Fellini's work and, as a journalist and scriptwriter, she is currently working on a number of editorial and TV projectsi. Mitologia Fellini. Alla scoperta dei falsi miti su Federico Fellini e il suo cinema, winner of the 2020 InediTO Prize, is her first book.
