World Week of Italian Cuisine

World Week of Italian Cuisine

V edition of the World Week of Italian Cuisine

Benedetta and Valeria Bianchini present their online cooking school, Local Aromas. Through a webinar conversation and video-clips, Local Aromas will bring to the table traditional Roman dishes, stories, ingredients, and a touch of humor.

Organized by the Italian Cultural Institute of San Francisco and presented by Leslie Rosa, a sommelier and Founder of La Dolce Vigna Wine + Culture Tour Co., each webinar will highlight a selection of unique grape varieties, the wines they make, as well as the cuisine that traditionally accompanies them.

A series of thematic online classes taught in English and dedicated to the best known products of Italy's culinary tradition.

130 years after its publication, Artusi's manual "Science in the kitchen and the art of eating well" still represents a milestone for Italian gastronomic culture, capable of gathering and uniting the regional culinary traditions of our country.
