ITALIAN CLASSES FOR ADULTS
The Italian Cultural Institute, in collaboration with the Italian Language Center (IACE), offers both online and in-person classes for all levels.
Classes are offered four terms a year:
Winter session: January – April
Spring session: April – June
Summer sessions: July, August
Fall session: October – December
Winter, Spring and Fall sessions last for 10 weeks; Summer sessions last for 5 weeks.
All classes meet once a week for 1 hour 25 minutes and are taught by certified and experienced native Italian teachers.

For those who have no prior knowledge of Italian, we recommend enrolling in one of the “A1.1 Absolute Beginner” classes. For students who have studied Italian before, we recommend taking the Placement Test to determine the appropriate level.
SYLLABUS
All courses are aligned with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR); these levels are the global standard for grading an individual’s language proficiency and they are internationally recognized.
