The POMIR Festival is a Classical Music Festival. Since its foundation, its goal has been to create “Musical Bridges” between different countries and cultures.
The project was founded in Italy, in Padua, in 2018. From its very first edition, it has been enriched with masterclasses, themed cultural visits, concerts, and the “Crescendo Competition”, which takes place within the Festival.
Young international musicians have performed in front of professors from various conservatories. Some foreign participants later enrolled to study at Italian music institutions.
In 2019, the winners of the “Crescendo Competition” undertook their first trip to New York, where they performed in the final at Carnegie Hall and participated in masterclasses with the prestigious professors of the Juilliard School.
Since 2023, the POMIR Festival has been held in several countries. In 2024, it had its first edition in New York.
