The Italian Cultural Institute hosts the first edition of the MedFilm Festival in New York, an event dedicated to the cinema and cultures of the Mediterranean.
This pilot program brings to New York a selection of films that explore stories, identities, and contemporary visions of the Mediterranean region, fostering dialogue, exchange, and cultural understanding.
Directed by Ginella Vocca and curated by Alessandro Zoppo, the festival presents nine films over three days, including both feature films and short films, offering a journey through some of the most significant works from the festival’s recent history.
