Conceived and promoted by the Italian Cultural Institute, Hidden Gems of Italy is a film festival dedicated to the lesser-known landscapes of our country, aiming to foster a mindful discovery that prioritizes their preservation and appreciation.
Three films over three weeks showcase the mountains of the Aosta Valley, the plains of the Veneto, and the incredible Mediterranean ecosystem of Sardinia. These three stories depict ways of life and landscapes that are fading away yet are worth preserving—and the key to ensuring their survival often lies precisely in mindful, high-quality tourism.
