IIC NY is pleased to host a round table by Tempi di Recupero Association to discuss awareness and recovery in the kitchen. This social promotion Association includes over two hundred innovative chefs, far-sighted innkeepers, talented ice cream makers, creative artisans, expert bartenders, winemakers passionate and curious about food and wine from every corner of the globe.
Twenty-five professionals, including chefs, restaurateurs, producers, journalists and representatives of the Slow Food New York chapter meet, together with the founder of the association Carlo Catani, with the goal of sharing and exchanging visions, and the socio-economic objective of spreading the culture of quality and sustainable food. As also told in the book Il Chilometro consapevole by Carlo Petrini and Carlo Catani (Slow Food Editore, 2022), which will be discussed during the meeting.
Will follow a networking aperitif with finger food prepared by some of the chefs and wines by the recovery winemakers.

It promotes a conscious view of the world by contributing through its initiatives to the achievement of the socio-economic goal of quality and sustainable food; and enhances the culture of food recovery starting from raw materials to products and artisanal productions through a network of professionals, artisans, and entrepreneurs who share the same values.
