Ruben Bondì was born in Rome on July 2, 1997. He developed a passion for cooking at the age of 15, attending the Vincenzo Gioberti hotel management school in Rome while simultaneously working alongside Michelin-starred chef Roberto Franzin. He later moved to London, where he worked at the 5-star luxury hotel The Ned. After a brief stint abroad, he returned to his homeland and began his career as a personal chef in cities such as Rome and Milan, while also continuing to work abroad.
Ruben Bondì was a regular on the latest edition of “Detto Fatto” on Rai 2. In 2023, he debuted on Food Network with the program “Cucina in balcone con Ruben.” In 2024, the new format “Cucina al mercato con Ruben” aired, which will continue with a second and third season in 2025. A third format, “Cucina al mare con Ruben,” is also planned, further confirming his success.
Ruben was also included by Forbes in the list of the 100 Under 30 most influential people.
