“From Venice to the edge of the Universe: thirty years of discoveries with the Hubble Space Telescope” is an event part of #weareISSNAF, a series of webinars organized by the Italian Scientists & Scholars in North America Foundation, ISSNAF, in partnership with the Italian Embassy in Washington DC, the network of Italian Consulates and Italian Cultural Institutes.

The first guest of the series is Antonella Nota, Hubble Project Scientist for the European Space Agency and ESA Office Head at the Space Telescope Science Institute, in Baltimore. She has published more than 200 articles in astronomical journals and books, and has given many invited talks.
Maria Teresa Cometto, is an Italian journalist based in New York since 2000. She writes about economics, business and technology for the leading Italian daily “Corriere della Sera”. Cometto is also the author of several books, including the recently published “Brothers of the Mountains” (KDP 2020, Corbaccio 2019).
