AVVISO PUBBLICO PER L’OFFERTA DI SPONSORIZZAZIONE DELLA MOSTRA “MUSaEUM” DAW®
SPONSORSHIP PROPOSAL FOR MUSaEUM DAW® EXHIBITION
L’ IIC-NY con il presente avviso pubblico intende offrire ai soggetti interessati la possibilità di stipulare contratti di sponsorizzazione che avranno quale oggetto la realizzazione della mostra “MUSaEUM” DAW®, organizzata dall’ IIC-NY in collaborazione con Cinello srl., che si terra’ presso l’IIC di New York nei mesi di dicembre 2022 e gennaio 2023, con inaugurazione il 9 dicembre p.v.
I soggetti ai quali è rivolto l’avviso sono enti pubblici o privati, imprese ed altri soggetti che intendono promuovere la propria immagine attraverso la collaborazione con l’ IIC concorrendo nella realizzazione della predetta mostra, come descritta nell’ Allegato D”.
Modalità di presentazione delle proposte: i soggetti interessati dovranno presentare all’ IIC-NY la seguente documentazione:
• un’ offerta scritta firmata dal proprio rappresentante - legale utilizzando l’apposito modello “allegato A”
• un' autocertificazione - utilizzando l’apposito modello “allegato B”
Gli offerenti acconsentono al trattamento dei propri dati, anche personali, ai sensidel D.Lgs. n. 196/2003 e del regolamento Generale sulla Protezione Dati /RGPD (UE)2016/679, per tutte le esigenze procedurali (vedasi apposita informativa di cui all’allegato C)

Gli allegati, in formato PDF, non dovranno essere superiori a 2,5MB.
Il presente avviso è valido fino al 30 ottobre 2022.
Le offerte di sponsorizzazione pervenute saranno valutate dal Direttore dell’IIC-NY.

- The Italian Cultural Institute in New York selects sponsors for collaborations on events
The Italian Cultural Institute in New York, as part of its mission organizes cultural and artistic events, which are both promotional and informational in nature, and usually involve high level institutional partners. In order to successfully complete this task, the Institute welcomes collaborations and sponsorships of public or private individuals or entities, which, through a monetary contribution, can promote their image and/or business. The announcement for these initiatives is always open and published on the website of this Italian Cultural Institute. Sponsorships, donations, and any other sums, like all activities of the Public Administration, must be aimed at pursuing a public interest (Article 43 of Law 449/1997).
Sponsors will receive adequate visibility in external communication. They will also be able to use the title of "Sponsor of the Italian Cultural Institute in New York" in their advertising initiatives.
Parties wishing to collaborate with the Institute can express their interest by sending an email to amm.iicnewyork@esteri.it using the appropriate FORM attached. The expression of interest must contain every element useful for identifying the subject, with specific indication of the sector of activity of competence. The Italian Cultural Institute reserves the right to make a selection of sponsorship offers, according to principles of transparency and impartiality, to avoid any conflict of interest between public and private activities, possible damage to the image and initiatives of the Institute; and to reject them should it considers the offer unacceptable or contrary to the Italian law.
